Integrations

An integration foundation, not a hand-wave.

We are explicit about what is connected today, what is set up as foundation, and what remains your system of record.

QuickBooks

QuickBooks integration foundation.

The portal has a working OAuth connection layer for QuickBooks, customer and item mapping, and per-company configuration. This is the groundwork for upcoming accounting workflows — not a replacement for QuickBooks itself.

OAuth connection

Company admins authorize a QuickBooks connection per company. Tokens are encrypted server-side.

Customer mapping

Link portal clients to QuickBooks customers with a guided mapping flow.

Item mapping

Map portal-side concepts to QuickBooks items so future syncs land in the right places.

Per-company configuration

Each operator's QuickBooks connection is isolated from every other tenant.

Readiness reporting

Staff can see whether their QuickBooks workspace is mapping-ready before any sync.

Honest scope

Invoice creation and payment sync are not part of today's release.
What we don't do

Boundaries we are explicit about.

  • Not a real-time aircraft tracking provider
  • Not a flight planning integration
  • Not a maintenance system connector
  • Not an automated tax filing integration
  • Not a payment processor
  • Not a charter booking marketplace
Roadmap

What's likely next.

Integration depth grows with operator demand. Talk to us about your priorities — we publish what's actually live, not what's aspirational.
